A. Creating an Account on the MLCU Admission Portal

• To start the admission process, visit the Martin Luther Christian University admission portal at https://admissions.mlcuniv.in/.
• Register by entering your mobile number and choosing a password that is easy to remember.
  An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number for verification. Enter this OTP and submit it.
• Once the OTP is verified, your registration is complete.

B. Filling Out the Application Form

• Log in to your account using your mobile number and the password you created.
  Click on “Edit Application Form” and fill in all the required details.
• Note that Lateral Entry is only for students who have completed their diplomas, postgraduate diplomas, or are transfer students.
• The PWD (Person with Disability) category is for applicants with a PWD certificate issued by the State Government.
• Ensure that all the details provided are accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria for the course you are applying for.
• Submit the application form once you have completed it.

C. Paying the First Installment of New Admission Fees

• To pay the fees for new admissions, you can use the following methods:
  Online Payment:
  Use the online admission portal at https://admissions.mlcuniv.in/.
  Bank Transfer:
  Transfer the fees to the bank account provided by the university. 
• After completing the bank transfer, send the receipt to onlinefees@mlcuniv.in with the subject line: “Payment of 1st installment fees for application number.”
• Include your name, the course you are applying for, and the Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) number in the email. Note that it may take up to 2 working days to confirm your admission.

D. Paying Subsequent Installments of New Admission Fees

• For subsequent installments, follow these steps:
• Online Payment:Go to https://mlcu.mycamu.co.in.
• Log in using your MLCU email ID as the username and your date of birth as the password (format: DD-MM-YYYY).
• Navigate to MENU > Billing > Current/Unpaid > Pay Now.
• Proceed with the payment. After a successful transaction, the receipt will appear in the Payment Information section. Click on View Transaction to see the details.
• For any queries related to fees, email onlinefees@mlcuniv.in.

E. Document Verification

• Document verification will take place the day before classes begin.
• Bring all your mark sheets and Aadhaar card along with photocopies of each document for verification.

Admission Process for International Students at Martin Luther Christian University

• Step 1: Registering on the MLCU Admission Portal- Visit the Martin Luther Christian University admission portal at https://admissions.mlcuniv.in/.
  Create an account by entering a valid mobile number and choosing a password.
• Step 2: Logging In and Completing the Application Form- Log in to your newly created account. Fill out the application form with all the necessary details and submit it.
• Step 3: Receiving Approval and Payment Instructions- After your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive a notification to proceed with the payment.
• Step 4: Making the Fee Payment- Pay the required admission fees, including an additional fee of Rs 10,000 applicable to foreign applicants, through the admission portal.
• Step 5: Obtaining the Admission Letter and Applying for a Student Visa- Download your admission letter from the portal once the payment is confirmed. Use this admission letter to apply for a student visa from the relevant authorities in your country.
• Step 6: Registering at the Foreigners Registration Office (FRO)- Upon arrival in India, register at the Foreigners Registration Office (FRO) as per the Indian government’s regulations.
• Step 7: Submitting the Student Visa- Submit your student visa at the MLCU admission office to finalize your admission process.
